Everything the power of the world

Everything on this planet – air, water, fire, earth, stone, flora, fauna and we humans - comes from the same source – the Universe. Each of us holds the stuff of the Universe – carbon, hydrogen, helium, nitrogen, sulfur, magnesium, and more. Imagine that, we are all the same! I am in awe. Deep within our DNA each of us knows the Common Ground we share
with every other being on this Earth.
At the same time I am in despair about the catastrophic times in which we live today. Our human-created systems – government, business, education, and religion – have taken us far from true relationship with the self, other persons, and the diversity of life on this planet.
Awe and Despair. Celebration and Grief. How can we hold these simultaneously in the chalice we call life? What must we do to create deeper and more sustainable relationships with all that is here?
This web site, REMEMBERING OUR COMMON GROUND, is for those desiring to find the gifts to be recovered in daring to meet the “other” within the self and the self within the “other.” In the succeeding pages you will find workshop and consultation opportunities, available writings, a schedule of events, and musings to share.
Welcome.

I am a photographer and have posted albums on flickr: The Face of Divinity in Nature; The Human Face of Divinity; and Gifts from the Ancestors. They are posted both for your enjoyment and for your reflection on what it means to be sharing this planet with those who have gone before and those who will follow.
